**Job Title:** Production Team Member
About the Role
Act as a valued member of the Stryker Ireland Production Team, executing manufacturing activities in line with Company SOPs and work instructions to ensure high-quality products for patient safety.
We're seeking a skilled production team member who can work in empowered teams, delivering on key business performance metrics. You will be responsible for initiating and participating in projects that drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate manufacturing activities to ensure they do not compromise employee or visitor health and safety at the Stryker site.
* Develop and maintain technical proficiency in relevant manufacturing activities through on-site training.
* In coordination with Production Supervisors, plan, schedule, and monitor manufacturing activities in assigned cells/teams.
* Maintain adherence to documented Standard Operating Procedures and Work/Process Instructions to ensure EHS, GMP, GDP, Housekeeping, and Compliance standards are met.
* Promote operational excellence and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing-related activities.
* Liaise with Production Supervisors and other departments regarding application of manufacturing instructions and quality standards.
* Monitor business metrics on EHS, Quality, and Operations in assigned cells/teams to optimize efficiencies/effectiveness against production plans.
* Demonstrate proficiency to meet EHS, Quality, and Production requirements/targets, and resolve issues within the cell/team whenever possible.
* Ensure maintenance activities are completed as scheduled.
* Be willing to cross-train and operate on multiple processes/products within the business.
* Participate in training/development/validation activities and facilitate training for trainees as required.
* Continuously strive to develop and maintain lean manufacturing processes and support implementation of continuous improvements to minimize waste.
* Adapt to changing business needs by transitioning between cells/teams/work shifts as required.
* Meet acceptable levels of work attendance, punctuality, vacation management, and willingness to work overtime when needed.
* Demonstrate competent numerical, literacy, mechanical, and spatial skills as required.

* Support basic problem-solving activities within the cell/area as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Good verbal reasoning, numerate ability, and mechanical aptitude skills.
* Effective communication skills, including written, verbal, facilitation/presentation abilities.
* Previous production work experience is an advantage.
* Familiarity with GMP requirements is advantageous.
* Ability to understand and safely operate relevant equipment.
* CNC Level 2 certification (in-house training academy) where applicable.
