I'm delighted to share that Cooleeney Cheese is hiring a Food Safety and Quality Manager to join our team here in Moyne, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
As a family-run farmhouse cheese company, quality and care have been at the heart of everything we do for decades. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and who can lead our food safety, compliance, and quality systems as we continue to grow.
About the Role:
* Lead and manage all food safety & quality programmes
* Maintain BRCGS and regulatory standards
* Manage audits and drive continuous improvement
* Work closely with our production team to ensure product integrity at every stage
Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years in food/beverage quality management or senior QA
* Degree in Food Science or related field
* HACCP Level 5/6 certified
* Strong experience with BRCGS
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* A genuine passion for food and quality
