Title: Outbound Telesales Executive Location: Dublin 13 Type: Part-time, permanent, office-based (16 hrs a week) Package: Competitive salary, bonus and flexible working hours.
An established Dublin 13-based services business is now seeking a talented and results-driven Outbound Telesales Executive (Business Developer) on a part-time basis.
You should have a proven track record of generating new business within the B2 B environment within the local market.
This role will be office-based and will involve working four mornings or afternoons a week, totalling 16 hours.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, and use this information to develop tailored business development strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
Identify client needs and pain points and articulate how the solutions can address these issues effectively.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a seamless transition from business development to client onboarding.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven track record of success in Outbound B2 B Telesales within the local market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
