Brian Geary Toyota are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Sales team in Raheen, Limerick.
The successful candidate will have previous professional experience in an administrative role and wishes to be part of a team driven to provide excellent customer service to clients.
Experience we are looking for -
* To be able to communicate well with customers and the team
* To be able to follow standards and to have good organisational skills
* A good knowledge of administrative procedures and timelines
* Possess excellent IT skills
The Job -
* Efficiently process high volumes of telephone enquiries
* Contact potential and existing customers to discuss their vehicles
* Organise the logistics around vehicles requirements
* Direct queries or potential sales to the correct department, if required
* Data entry and reporting using our IT Business Management Solutions, including CRM and vehicle IT systems
* Work closely with all teams and departments to contribute positively to the vision, culture, and customer experience
* Undertake any ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time
