Due to the continued expansion of our businesses we are seeking to recruit a HR Administrator to work alongside our HR team on our Blanchardstown site.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure vacancies are posted and continuously refreshed on the jobs boards.
* Screen candidates for open vacancies and set up interviews.
* Manage the recruitment administration process.
* Prepare induction documentation, schedule training, draw up employee correspondence.
* Monitor the timely completion of HR documentation by staff.
* Maintain our employee database, ensuring all information is accurate and continuously updated.
* Monitor and update Health Safety and compliance training records for new recruits and existing employees.
* Run weekly reports and communicate the results to the relevant parties
* Carry out all other ad hoc duties as they arise
Skills required:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a HR role
* Excellent written and oral communication skills essential
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
* Competent working knowledge of Ms Office
* Strong written/numerical/analytical skills.
