HR Officer Full-time Human Resources St Stephens Green - Dublin The Opportunity: We're seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a positive work environment and feels empowered to bring their true self to the workplace.
As an HR Officer, youll be instrumental in providing effective, people-centred HR support throughout the organization.
This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, performance management, and HR systems oversight, all while ensuring compliance with Irish employment laws and best HR practices.
Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as the HRIS Champion, overseeing daily system operations and ensuring data accuracy.
Provide user support and training on the HRIS, while working with system support to resolve technical issues.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to screening CVs and Coordinating interviews.
Draft and prepare clear and compliant employment offer letters and contracts.
Lead and enhance onboarding and induction programs, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.
Coordinate training initiatives and monitor employee development progress.
Assist with the performance management process, including scheduling performance reviews and tracking goal progress.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR files using the HRIS.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR systems and databases.
Support compliance initiatives, including managing annual employee compliance renewals.
Help maintain and update HR documentation and standard operating procedures.
Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, offering guidance on policies and ensuring adherence to employment laws.
Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Support employee relations activities, including handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and conducting exit interviews.
Contribute to the execution of wellness programs, staff recognition initiatives, and diversity & inclusion activities.
Assist in organizing and delivering employee engagement events and activities.
Provide support in the monthly payroll reporting process.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements through regular audits and proper record-keeping, including GDPR and AML regulations.
Safeguard personal data and ensure adherence to data protection regulations, including GDPR.
Assist with audit processes and help identify and mitigate risks across the organization.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR role.
Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems, with Sage HR experience strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
HR or Business-related degree required; CIPD qualification desirable.
