HR Business Partner
We are working with an industry leader, to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team in Co Cavan. This is a permanent role with an excellent salary, benefits package and bonus structure.
The HR Business Partner will drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives, partnering with leadership to shape and deliver people strategies in a fast-paced, high-achieving environment.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
* Partnering closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to implement and continuously enhance HR strategies aligned to business objectives
* Supporting the creation of a positive, high performing workplace where people can thrive through a proactive and people-focused HR People Partner approach
* Leading employee relations initiatives to promote fair, consistent, and positive workplace outcomes
* Driving performance management processes that support accountability, development, and high performance
* Supporting organisational development initiatives that strengthen capability, engagement, and change readiness
* Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership by ensuring HR practices align with company goals, values, and culture
* Identifying and addressing HR challenges and opportunities in response to evolving business and workforce needs
What you will need to have for the HR Business Partner role:
* 3–5 years of experience in HR or people management within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment, or a large-scale organization undergoing significant change and growth
* Demonstrable experience applying HR best practices and knowledge of Irish employment legislation
* Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive employee relations matters
* Experience working independently while effectively contributing as part of a team
* Relevant qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline
* Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities, particularly at the senior leadership level.
* Track record of problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic, evolving business settings.
