Experience and skills we need:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilitating the delivery of high‑value technical and/or digital solutions utilising a product mindset.
* At least three years of senior experience managing customer relationships with a proven track record of successful solution delivery.
* Experience demonstrating the value of the solutions or products you deliver to stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience being embedded in a software development team to own a product journey map and influence the adoption of a product mindset.
* Knowledge and application of multiple requirement elicitation techniques and tools.
* Deep knowledge and experience in all aspects of the product lifecycle.
Experience and skills we’d love:
* Industry‑recognised product‑related certifications or qualifications.
* Experience using tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
What you’ll be doing:
* Deliver business value to our customers through successful product delivery aligned with the business unit’s strategic vision and objectives.
* Work with multiple stakeholders to influence and contribute to the development and evolution of the product roadmap.
* Champion the business unit’s strategic vision both within the unit and with prospective customers.
* Collaborate with customers to discover their business problems and identify product solutions to meet these needs.
* Continuously develop strong partnerships with business stakeholders, encouraging the agile team and Delivery Lead to become closer to the Customer/Stakeholders.
* Implement usability and feedback metrics to validate the successful delivery of business value to the Customer, monitoring and adjusting as required.
* Maintain a user story backlog to enable the delivery team to create MVP solutions that add incremental customer value.
* Collaborate with the team on the design and technical approach to the prioritized backlog.
* Support the team to remove roadblocks that prevent delivery of business value.
* Validate the product solution through exploratory testing on user stories and post‑implementation validation via user feedback.
* Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to the team.
* Lead continuous improvement opportunities across all aspects of the product through lessons‑learned sessions and an agile mindset.
* Continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
* Share knowledge and expertise across the department, the wider organization, or beyond through networks, events, and communities of practice.
