The Project Support role plays a crucial part in ensuring the effective implementation of programmes and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Creating, producing and distributing standard and ad-hoc operational reports, including reports, graphs, portfolio dashboards and status reports, project metrics and reporting.
* Supporting Senior Management and Programme Managers in administrative tasks related to programmes, projects, communications, training, reporting and meeting minutes.
* Managing and administering portfolio, programme and project control documents, as well as a library of artefacts, approvals, minutes, actions and logs as required.
* Coordinating communications generation and distribution through various channels, including online, web-based publications, face-to-face workshops and presentations.
* Assisting in rolling out project management processes and quality improvements by supporting best practices, standards and adoption of lessons learned.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage effective relationships and communications, and ensure timely dissemination of information.
