Job Title: Clinical Support / Gynaecology Product Specialist
Location: Dublin / Leinster
Salary: Negotiable with experience, circa €55‑60K+, plus bonus, car, etc.
Role Overview
Recruitment Plus offers a great opportunity to join a class‑leading company in the Gynaecology / Urology fields. The role focuses on increasing market share through clinical education rather than direct selling. It requires the ability to educate clinicians, grow relationships with consultants and nurses, and provide product knowledge in hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical education and product training to hospital staff, including surgeons, consultants, nurses and allied health professionals.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts in hospitals who are currently using the company’s products.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support the company’s market strategy and share product updates.
* Attend hospital meetings, workshops and conferences to present product information.
* Track clinical usage data and report on key metrics to sales and medical teams.
Qualifications & Experience
* Clinical or medical education background (e.g., staff nurse, midwife, physiotherapist, radiographer, clinical nurse specialist, or current medical rep).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Sales experience is a benefit but not required; full sales training will be provided.
