Pharmacy Retail Business Manager Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacy Retail Business Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing the front of counter retail business, and striving to deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining the pharmacy in line with company standards and ensuring that sales staff are aware of their duties and performance expectations.
2. Ensuring excellent retail standards and practices are in place, including category management, merchandising, stock control, and rotation of stock.
3. Managing cash handling procedures, including safes and bank lodgements, in accordance with company policy.
4. Addressing cash handling issues with staff as required.
5. Ensuring proper receipt and documentation of goods and services.
6. Executing product promotions in the pharmacy.
7. Implementing policies and procedures introduced by management and following standard operating procedures.
8. Being responsible for the security of all stock, property, keys, and the safety of staff and customers.
