Position: Senior Project Engineer
Location: Cork City
Contract: Long-term | 39 hours per week

Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our clients Engineering Project Delivery Team. You'll oversee project scoping, commissioning, qualification, validation, and start-up to ensure safe, on-time, and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute engineering projects within budget and schedule.
* Scope and gain capital approval for new projects.
* Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
* Manage cost estimates, schedules, reporting, and risk.
* Coordinate with departments, suppliers, and service providers.
* Drive constructability and operability reviews.
* Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and site standards.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and close deviations.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or related field.
* 5+ years' project engineering/management experience in pharma, biotech, or similar.
* Strong C&Q and validation knowledge.
* Proven track record managing budgets, timelines, and risks.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
