Our client, a well-established manufacturing and service company, is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, including invoice entry, supplier reconciliations, and processing of processing of payments. Assist in month-end procedures and in the preparation of monthly management accounts. Prepare supplier account reports and payment runs. Process weekly bank reconciliations and prepare journals as required. Submit Revenue returns via the ROS system. Support weekly payroll processing. Requirements: Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively.
