Responsibilities

Combine customer support, account management, and proactive engagement to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Qualifications
Experience in account management, customer support, sales, training, and project management.
Strong relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Backgrounds in consulting, SaaS, or marketing can also be valuable, especially if they involve helping clients achieve their goals.
Must be able to work in Ireland without needing sponsorship/visa.
Be able to work in office or hybrid in Dublin.
