Location: Lucena Clinic, Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services Initial Base: Summer Hill, Corporation Lands, Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for young people presenting with moderate to severe mental health disorders, to defined catchment areas, with an under 18 population of 172,585, residing in South Dublin City and County plus North and West County Wicklow. Clinical Teams are based throughout the catchment area operating clinics in Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow. Administrative Officer - Grade IV (Fixed Term, Full time) to 31 st December 2025 Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above positions to provide reception, secretarial and administrative support to Consultants and Out-Patient teams. The successful candidate will: Have a recognised, relevant and validated qualification(s); Demonstrate a MINIMUM of 5 years' current administrative experience. Experience in a medical or similar setting would be an advantage. Demonstrate excellent typing skills (audio-typing), data entry, proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrate telephone and reception experience. Have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. Have proven ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines. Display absolute discretion and confidentiality. Have a full Driving Licence and access to own means of transport essential. Provide administrative cover in other Lucena services, when the need arises. This post will involve providing cover at the Lucena clinic in Arklow. Remuneration Salary Grade 0558 Grade IV (Clerical) on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale €35,256 - €54,370 per annum pro rata Initial location The initial location of this role is Lucena Clinic, Wicklow. However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CS's other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require. You will be given as much notice of any such change of place of work as is reasonably practicable.
