Location: Dublin (Hybrid)Contract: 12 months Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business goals Lead and coach the marketing team, fostering growth and innovation Oversee impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning to execution Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust tactics for optimal results Collaborate with other departments to align marketing initiatives with operational needs Manage marketing budgets, track spend, and maximise ROIReport on key performance indicators and present insights to senior management Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all channels Engage with external agencies or partners to support marketing efforts Stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep strategies innovative and competitive Gather customer feedback through reviews and surveys to inform ongoing improvements Drive customer acquisition efforts through targeted campaigns Maintain messaging and branding consistency across all channels Effectively manage digital assets and online presence Test, analyse, and implement continuous improvements based on data insights Required Skills: At least 8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role Proven expertise in digital marketing channels and campaign management Ability to develop integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels Strong leadership skills with experience in team development Budget management and KPI ownership Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Data-driven approach with proficiency in marketing analytics Nice to Have Skills: Experience in service-based or subscription industries Knowledge of customer relationship management and digital asset management Skills in brand positioning and customer experience design Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven success leading multi-location teams and managing complex projects Other Requirements: Self-motivated and adaptable in dynamic environments Willingness to support organizational growth and expansion efforts By applying to this job, your CV will be assessed by a consultant from Recruiters.ie for the position described and your CV may be added to our secure applicant tracking system however your details will never be shared to any other third party without your consent.
