About the Role:
This role will lead Product Marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts, owning marketing strategy and execution for key strategic accounts while managing a team of two specialists covering ABM programs and product go-to-market (GTM).
The role is accountable for bringing the company's portfolio, value proposition, and brand to life within priority accounts, translating business strategy into high-impact, account-specific marketing programs.
This leader will personally identify and execute ABM motions for top accounts while coaching and driving the team to do the same, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to accelerate pipeline, expansion, and customer adoption.
This is a fast-paced position for a confident, independent thought leader who can shape marketing strategy, collaborate effectively across functions, and deliver sophisticated marketing programs that move our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
Own the ABM strategy and execution, partnering closely with the sales team on account plans, target lists, and pipeline acceleration.
The role will personally lead ABM motions for top accounts and coach the team to do the same, partnering closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to drive pipeline, expansion and adoption.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients understanding their unique needs and marketing tailored solutions.
Design and execute tailored, end-to-end marketing programs for priority accounts that strengthen our value proposition, support the sales cycle, and enhance the customer experience.
Guide your team in maintaining "always-on" traditional go-to-market strategies for our core.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a growing marketing team, shaping capabilities and culture as the function expands.
Implement and manage multi-channel marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing and digital technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Ensuring full marketing product compliance and alignment to the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual is applied across the Marketing Division.
Rapidly acquire and apply knowledge of complex technical designs, manufacturing processes, and data center solutions to effectively market our offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in a Senior Marketing role, with a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly within relationship-based models.
Strong experience in leading and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs across a high value enterprise client base.
A highly client-orientated approach, comfortable with client-facing interactions and understanding their needs.
Demonstrated experience in people management, guiding and developing marketing professionals.
An agile, flexible personality, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
A strong "people person" who excels at building relationships and working effectively with commercial and engineering teams.
Excellent presentation skills, with proficiency for creating compelling visual narratives.
Familiarity with sectors such as enterprise, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, telecom, or industrial, where complex solutions are marketed to large accounts.
A willingness and ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and design solutions.
Familiarity with marketing and project management tools such as Asana, Salesforce, and HubSpot is a plus.
A demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
An ability to undertake regular travel between European locations in line with business needs.
