About Your New Employer A family run food business located in Bantry is looking for a HR Administrator to join the team.
About Your New Role Act as the main point of contact for all 300 employeesRecommend and implement new HR policies, procedures and initiatives with an employee cantered mindsetDevelop a strong business partnering relationship with managers and ensure all decision-making processes are consistent within the HR framework.Coach managers on employee situations and best HR Practices.Manage the accurate recording of all employees on sick leave and responsible for the management of all employees on long term medical leave.Responsible for managing all employee records while on leave e.g.
maternity leave, leave of absence etc.Investigate thoroughly all employee relations processes within the time guidelines of the company policies.Manage and administer the recruitment and onboarding process including candidate review, interview set up, issuing contracts and manage work visa requirements.Manage and monitor employees working hours and send weekly reports to the management team.Partnering with payroll to ensure that have all relevant employee information i.e.
new hires.Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources or relatedMinimum 1 - 3 years HR ExperienceDeep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulationsEnjoys the administrative aspects of the role with a high level of comfort with Microsoft officeMust be open to travel to Cork city location as neededWhat's On Offer Salary starting €35k
