Role Overview
The Head of Creative will lead the visual and creative direction of Aran Sweater Market and Weavers of Ireland across all marketing channels. This role is responsible for ensuring that all creative output reflects the heritage, quality, and authenticity of the brands while supporting commercial marketing objectives.
The successful candidate will oversee creative production including design, photography, video, and campaign development, ensuring a consistent and high standard of visual storytelling across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall creative vision and visual direction for both brands
Oversee the production of creative assets including photography, video, design, and campaign materials
Ensure creative work aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategy
Manage the creative team and external creative partners including photographers, videographers, and designers
Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams on campaign concepts and creative execution
Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and international marketing initiatives
Maintain a high standard of creative output across all marketing and retail channels
Ensure efficient creative workflows and project delivery timelines
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of three years management experience leading creative teams or creative projects
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in brand-led creative work
Experience Working Within Fashion, Retail, Or Lifestyle Brands Preferred
Strong leadership and project management capabilities
Degree or qualification in Design, Creative Direction, Marketing or related discipline preferred
