Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* PRR Statement & Management Reporting – Build and maintain an income‑statement‑style view of Purchase‑Related Revenue (PRR) by category, program, and region; deliver a repeatable monthly and quarterly reporting package that clearly shows PRR generated, its sources, and drivers.
* Gross & Net Supplier Revenue Analyses – Analyse and incorporate net‑income (Purchase‑Related Income, PRI) into PRR reporting; work with finance to ensure definitions and allocation methods align with management‑accounting principles; identify profitability trends and risk areas.
* Data Sourcing, Structuring & Integrity – Map all relevant data sources from PostgreSQL, Snowflake, SAP, OneStream, and others; cleanse, reconcile, and document data lineages to support repeatable reporting.
* Decision Support & Strategy/Negotiation Analytics – Provide ad‑hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support OEM/supplier negotiations, business cases, and strategic alliance development; translate findings into concise materials for internal reviews and QBRs probiotics.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement – Act as the internal expert on PRR and financial performance data; identify opportunities to simplify ඔ warn; educate team members on interpreting reports to terd decisions.
Position Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent business experience.
* 5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, management accounting, or related analytics.
* Experience in a complex, data‑rich environment such as financial services, leasing, or fleet management.
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, basic modeling); ability to build robust workbooks for recurring reporting.
* Deep understanding of management accounting concepts – revenue recognition, gross margin, and variance analysis.
* Ability to link operational drivers (rate, volume, mix) to financial outcomes and communicate insights to non‑finance stakeholders.
* Experience with SAP, OneStream, Snowflake, and other ERP or data‑warehouse verband; ability to define requirements for analytics tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex analysis concisely to executives and operational audiences.
* High degree of ownership, curiosity, and persistence in resolving data issues and closing analytical gaps.
* Successful cross‑functional collaboration with regional teams and senior stakeholders.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in continuous learning.
