Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor safety procedures onsite
- Carry out audits, inspections and toolbox talks
- Assist subcontractors with documentation and compliance
- Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions
- Support site management in promoting a strong safety culture
Requirements
- 2+ years' construction H&S experience
- Relevant H&S qualification
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Proven commitment to safety excellence
