Job Description
Our 2‑year Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with a holistic understanding of our business through structured rotations across key functions. We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and people‑focused graduates who are eager to develop a career in Quantity Surveying and contribute to a growing organisation. You will gain experience across our various sites.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Compile large sets of data critical to the business for commercial management.
Continuously revise and track these data sets.
Break down, assess, and present this data to internal and external teams.
Work with data sets involving payment applications, cost reporting, cash‑flow forecasting, value‑for‑money assessment, and timesheet review.
Support the project delivery team in drafting contractual notices, sub‑contracts, and supplier agreements.
Review and identify relevant contractual terms and conditions from the supply chain and client documentation – raise any that appear to present a risk.
Support procurement, change‑management registers, monthly reporting, and re‑budgeting.
Contribute to the compilation of risk registers for projects, continuously monitor and report on risks.
Maintain strong communications with the tenders team.
Ensure comprehensive understanding of tender files when projects are handed over for construction.
Provide feedback on pricing, supply‑chain, programme, and logistics wins and losses to the tenders team.
Manage and take ownership of tasks – become an expert in every aspect of your undertakings.
Suggest continuous improvement and promote knowledge sharing across the commercial team and between various departments.
Support hand‑over and take‑over of tasks between team members.
Support new team members and demonstrate key undertakings to them.
Visit sites regularly, create strong relationships with project delivery teams, and maintain detailed understanding of project programme, progress, risk, and opportunity.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Hold a Level 8 Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Demonstrate initiative and ability to progress tasks, identify information gaps and determine how to fill them.
Show ownership of an undertaking and commitment to it (job, volunteering, club membership).
High level of computer literacy; experience with, and thorough use of, MS Office.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum experienced required: 1 year.
Minimum qualification: Level 8 (including Higher Diploma and Honours Bachelor Degree).
Desirable
Administrative, Analytical, Communications, Computer Literacy skills.

Full B driving licence.
