* SUPERVISE AND COACH HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS TO ENSURE THEY ARE EQUIPPED TO PROVIDE QUALITY CARE THROUGH ongoing training workshops ON PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES such as key skills assessments
As part of this role, you will work closely with families communicate effectively ensuring a positive respectful relationship. We prioritize resident satisfaction through direct involvement participating in their development progress listen actively showing empathy.
