Banquet Houseperson Overview
Baquet Houseperson is an important role in our Banquet Department.
The banquet houseperson will ensure all our events including meetings and conferences are successful.
This role is responsible for manually setting up and breaking down all the hotel function space.
Banquet Houseperson collects, and services all banquet space in accordance with the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
You will work closely with Manager and Supervisors to report any room deficiencies all the while ensuring the client/guests needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities
Setting up all meeting rooms and functions space
Breaking down and putting all necessary items away properly
Transporting tables, chairs, and other banquet equipment to the banquet rooms.
Replenishing meeting rooms as needed
Handling any last-minute changes or requests by the client.
Job Requirements
