The main duties of this role will include:
* Be involved in the over-the-counter medicine sales and orders.
* Advise and assist customers with over the counter products.
* Advise and assist customers with front of shop toiletries, skincare & cosmetics.
* Be customer focused with excellent customer service skills.
* Engaging actively with customers and provide a high standard in customer service.
