Project Engineer Role
About the Position
* Ensure projects adhere to engineering best practices, regulatory standards, and corporate policies.
* Liaise with global teams to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project concepts and business cases.
* Lead project teams through complex projects.
* Design solutions in compliance with local and corporate safety standards.
* Plan and schedule projects using planning tools.
* Coordinate with various departments and manage external factors.
* Utilize value engineering and constructability reviews to minimize costs.
Requirements
* A degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a project engineer/manager within a pharmaceutical environment.
* Demonstrable skills in project management and execution.
* Able to manage diverse teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
* Familiar with project life-cycle stage-gate processes.
* Understanding of project management processes, programming, scope development, design development, implementation, and project closeout.
