About the Role:
This is an opportunity to join a team dedicated to building trust and making the world more agreeable for employees, customers, and communities alike. You will be responsible for coordinating program operations, supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and recognition programs, as well as ensuring an optimal employee experience.
* Coordinate the implementation of regional and functional Culture & Belonging plans by managing talent initiatives, logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communications
* Partner with ERG leaders to review and approve budget requests and provide enablement and hosting support for both in-person and virtual events
* Provide operational support for multiple recognition programs, including troubleshooting Spark+ points, quarterly allocation of SPIFFs, and managing employee inquiries
* Serve as a liaison with regional employees and business and HR partners to activate and ensure alignment and local relevance of Culture & Belonging initiatives
* Assist with onboarding users to systems and tools, such as ERG and recognition management platforms, event tracking systems
* Bolster energy, interest, and engagement for events and measure the effectiveness of programs
* Build strong relationships with employees and leaders, acting as a trusted point of contact
* Track program activities and budget utilization, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy
* Support internal knowledge-sharing and standard process development across regional and functional teams
* Create clear process documentation to support internal transparency and operational consistency
You will divide your time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. To excel in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in program coordination in HR/Talent operations or employee experience/engagement, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
