We are seeking a seasoned Sous Chef to join our team in Cork, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef and possess excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills. They must also be flexible, positive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Head Chef with service and preparation on a daily basis
* Organising and running the kitchen smoothly
* Managing and training junior chefs under direct supervision
* Ensuring high levels of food quality and consistency
* Ordering supplies, stock management, food safety & hygiene procedures, and involvement in menu planning
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 Years' experience as a Sous Chef essential
* Excellent Communication, Organisation and Time Management Skills
* Flexible, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
