We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to provide quality service to our guests, in line with the Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards.
We are seeking Waiters/Waitresses across our dining outlets:
* Cullen's at The Cottage
* The Drawing Room
* Connaught Room
* The Dungeon
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as a Waiter/Waitress will include providing our guests with a seamless dining experience, taking orders, recommending dishes and liaising with the kitchen carefully to ensure an excellent service.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star property is desirable
* Organised and strong attention to detail
* Display a polite and professional attitude at all times
* Be an excellent team player and enthusiastic in delivering excellent customer service
* Be flexible to work shift patterns, including mornings, late afternoons and weekends
