Administrative Support Officer
Cpl has a requirement for an Administrative Support Officer to provide administration support to a Healthcare Team.
* Manage patient administration and update patient records.
* Input patient information onto databases and coordinate appointments.
* Provide administrative support to a clinical team and input statistics on an Excel spreadsheet.
* Prepare and upload case files to the database, liaise with third parties, and perform general admin duties.
Requirements:
* At least 12 months of professional administration experience is preferred.
* Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
* High attention to detail and organization are necessary.
