About the Role
As a Graduate IT Helpdesk support analyst, you will be the first point of contact for technical support across the organisation. You'll gain hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end‑users, and contributing to the smooth running of our IT environment.
This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about technology, love problem‑solving, and want to build solid foundations for a future career in IT support, systems administration, cybersecurity, or related fields.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing first‑line technical support to staff across Enterprise Ireland
* Managing helpdesk tickets, diagnosing issues, and offering clear solutions
* Supporting hardware setup, maintenance, and upgrades
* Assisting with software installs, configurations, and troubleshooting
* Ensuring excellent customer service and user experience
* Collaborating with the wider IT team on improvements and systems projects
What We're Looking For
* A recent or soon‑to‑graduate student with a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude with a passion for learning
* Problem‑solving ability and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, or ticketing systems (an advantage)
