I’m currently working with a leading Top 10 professional services firm that is looking to hire an experienced Audit Manager to join their growing and progressive audit team in Dublin.

The Role
As Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors while leading audit teams and ensuring high-quality delivery of engagements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and building strong relationships with senior finance stakeholders including Financial Controllers and Directors
Overseeing international reporting processes with group and component auditors
Planning, coordinating and delivering audit engagements from start to completion
Allocating resources and managing audit teams to ensure deadlines are met
Providing technical accounting and auditing support to both clients and internal team members
Reporting to senior leadership on engagement progress and outcomes
Monitoring engagement financials including fees, billing and work-in-progress recoverability
Supporting the development of junior staff through coaching, mentoring and performance reviews
Contributing to business development activities including proposals and pitches for new work
About You
ACA or ACCA qualified
Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards (ISAs) and accounting frameworks including FRS100–FRS102 and IFRS
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of audit operations
Excellent communication skills with a strong client-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
