We are currently recruiting experienced and qualified electricians to support nationwide electrical inspection and maintenance works across water and wastewater facilities to join our team in Galway.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive inspections of electrical panels in line with client and regulatory standardsTest, diagnose, and rectify faults on control panels, MCCs, and associated electrical equipmentUndertake minor electrical modifications and upgrades where requiredEnsure all tasks are completed in accordance with health & safety procedures, method statements, and risk assessmentsAccurately complete inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentationCoordinate site access and works with site personnel and project teamsAssist with commissioning and decommissioning activities as requiredMaintain tools, testing equipment, and PPE to a high standardRequirementsQualified Electrician with current Safe Electric registrationMinimum of 3 years' experience in industrial, utilities, or infrastructure-based electrical workProven experience working with electrical panels, control systems, and schematicsStrong understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance requirementsFull clean driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwideAbility to work independently and manage site-based tasksStrong communication and reporting skillsDesirable CertificationsExperience in water or wastewater treatment facilitiesConfined Space Entry and Manual Handling certificationKnowledge of ATEX environments and hazardous area equipmentFamiliarity with SCADA systems, telemetry, and remote monitoringValid CSCS card or equivalentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €34,217.04-€73,743.46 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Galway, County Galway
