We are hiring a
Solar Channel Manager
to join our client and to support the growth of our partner ecosystem in the solar industry. This role focuses on developing strong senior-level partner relationships, driving channel performance, and supporting commercial and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in partner ecosystem planning and execution, leading senior-level relationship development with key partners (e.g., Gold and Silver partners).
* Guide partners in understanding sales strategies and solutions while driving the implementation of channel policies.
* Take ownership of achieving assigned sales targets.
* Contribute to commercial market and distribution industry insights.
* Build and expand partner networks, identify capability gaps, and design and implement partner enablement programs.
* Monitor the execution and effectiveness of partner enablement initiatives.
* Plan and execute marketing activities in collaboration with partners.
* Support partners in business development and partial operational management.
* Implement risk control measures and monitor on-site operational quality.
* Provide quality analysis and drive continuous improvement processes.
Requirements:
* Minimum
3+ years of experience
in the solar industry or a relevant role in related companies.
* Educational background in
power electronics, power systems, electrical engineering, energy
, or other photovoltaic-related fields is preferred.
* Highly driven, self-motivated, and passionate about renewable energy and solar.
* Strong knowledge of customer engagement and relationship management.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and resource integration skills.
* Solid technical foundation with strong learning ability.
* Strong interest in sales and partner-facing roles.
* Excellent English communication skills
