To be considered for interview, your skills and experience will include:
* 5+ years of B2B or online sales experience, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, including confidence engaging with C-Level executives
* Data-driven mindset, with experience using insights to guide strategic conversations and handle complex pricing discussions
* Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams
* Self-starter with strong initiative, who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments
* A team player who brings energy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow
* Passionate about creating impact—you care about company culture, value collaboration, and are excited to contribute to shared success
On successful hire, your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Act as a trusted advisor to estate agents, connecting them with hundreds of thousands of engaged property seekers across Ireland
* Promote and sell a diverse range of advertising solutions, educating clients on the value of our platform and driving revenue growth
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to unlock new opportunities and expand existing partnerships
* Lead both short and long sales cycles, identifying opportunities through proactive prospecting and strategic account management
* Champion a value-based selling approach, clearly communicating the impact of our market-leading position in demand, content, leads, and transactions
* Represent the company as a key voice within the property community, building our presence and credibility in the industry
* Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights, shaping product development and future business strategy
* Manage your pipeline effectively using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus), delivering accurate forecasts and hitting monthly and quarterly targets
