Summmary:
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Design Engineer to join our dynamic team, working
on innovative, custom automation solutions for the medical device industry.
This is an ideal role for a hands-on problem solver with a passion for design engineering and

What You'll Do:
* Design and develop custom manufacturing equipment and tooling for the medical
device sector.
* Create robust, automated mechanical systems in collaboration with controls and
process engineers.
* Develop BOMs and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks to support
project quotations and implementation.
* Support system build and debug stages, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
* Assist in process improvement projects, helping to drive innovation, efficiency, and
quality.
* Present 3D models and design concepts to internal teams and occasionally to
customers.
* Work with suppliers to procure custom components and ensure cost-effective, timely
delivery.
* Stay ahead of the curve by researching new technologies and proposing
improvements in plant-wide automation.
What You Bring:
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (L7 or L8).
* Solid proficiency in SolidWorks (a must).
* Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of process engineering fundamentals.
* A collaborative mindset, great communication skills, and the ability to work on your
own initiative.
* Knowledge of medical device manufacturing or validation protocols is a plus.
* Familiarity with project management, BOMs, and quality standards in an engineering
context
