Experienced Automation Engineer required for client in West Dublin. Full time, permanent role. This role offers remote working
The successful candidate will lead the migration of multiple automation and control systems in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition of legacy systems to modern platforms while maintaining GMP compliance, minimizing production disruption, and ensuring system integrity throughout the lifecycle.
1. Will work cross-functionally with operations, QA, IT, validation, and external vendors to plan, lead, and execute automation migration projects in line with business and regulatory needs.
2. Responsible for system delivery of multiple system migrations across various suites. These migrations are on existing Autoclave's, Parts washers and WIP/CIP skids and are mainly Rockwell and Siemens.
3. Technical expertise to maintain, develop, troubleshoot and validate these systems in a compliant manner required.
