Lead Retail Sales Manager
This role involves taking charge of a retail store's success by leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing plans to drive top-line sales, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure excellent store administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement daily objectives and actions to drive key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Closely work with the Area Manager to put local business strategies into place
* Manage inventory, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, and lead by example
* Coach the team to deliver an excellent customer experience, celebrate successes, and foster employee well-being and engagement through regular 1-to-1's
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality
* Strong people management skills, including communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration
* Experience sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others
* Decision-making and problem-solving skills
