Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Process Automation Engineer/Senior Engineer. This position will involve providing technical and automation support to manufacturing, ensuring seamless operations and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Support: Provide advanced level of technical and automation support to manufacturing, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
* Performance Monitoring: Prepare performance monitoring reports for automated systems used in commercial manufacturing, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
* Investigation and Resolution: Conduct thorough investigations into manufacturing deviations and anomalies related to automation and software, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
* Project Management: Manage small projects related to corrective action or equipment performance improvement, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
* Modification/Change Control: Implement modification/change control procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Validation Department on initial design review, software testing, and protocol review, providing direction to junior employees and/or contractors within the department.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field of study.
* At least 3 years of relevant experience for the Engineer role, or 5+ years for the Senior Engineer role.
