Property Management Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential investment properties, ensuring they meet housing standards and are well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property inspections to ensure properties meet required standards.
* Deal with day-to-day maintenance issues and liaise with owners/landlords/tenants and contractors.
* Handle owner and tenant queries in a professional and timely manner.
* Advise clients on housing standards and ensure properties comply with same.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of landlord/tenant law, including RTB, rent increases and notice periods.
* Ability to use common computer programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Excellent customer focus, problem-solving and time management skills.
