We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNM 3 professional to lead our nursing team in an acute hospital setting. This permanent, full-time position offers the opportunity to work 37.5 hours per week, managing clinical care, planning service delivery, and leading a team of nurses.
Responsibilities
* Clinical Care Management: Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
* Nursing Team Leadership: Lead and manage a dynamic team of CNMs to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess current NMBI registration and strong management skills with at least 5 years' experience as a nurse manager or leader. They should also be able to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders including patients, families, medical staff, administrative personnel etc. A sound knowledge base is required for diagnosis health issues along with their ability perform complex evidence-based treatment programs that cater specifically tailored solutions based on each individual's need while creating supportive environment enhancing recovery process thereby minimizing potential complications arising from improper management practices within respective units assigned responsibility over such cases handled efficiently now let's move onto discussing what kind qualifications expected out next section!
