Facilities Management Specialist
This role involves taking ownership of all technical facilities management activities across a large commercial site. The ideal candidate will have experience leading M&E teams and possess strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, life safety, and building services.
* Schedule maintenance for heating ventilation air conditioning systems to prevent breakdowns ensuring efficient operation.
* Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to understand facility requirements planning and implementing effective solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with external contractors managing the upkeep of buildings equipment performing routine checks as needed.
