We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Group Operations/After Sales Manager for our well-established client in the motor business.
Responsibility:
* To act as a single point of contact between the Distributor and the Michael Lyng Motors Group for all aftersales matters
* To ensure that our Customers across the Group receive outstanding service from our After Sales Teams
* To implement processes to ensure that the Processes, Quality, and Pricing of Aftersales Service are seamless across our locations
* To manage the aftersales teams to maximize revenue and profitability while controlling departmental expenditure
* To ensure Aftersales brand standards are always implemented and adhered to.
* Ensuring proper controls, policies, and procedures are in place within the parts & service departments.
* To review department budgets & objectives regularly to address any shortfall.
* To ensure high levels of data quality are recorded as per brand standards.
* To ensure sufficient forward planning for yearly budgetary requirements is in place.
* To monitor all departmental KPIs & take appropriate action to address any weaknesses.
* To regularly review all service Recalls and Service Actions as per brand standards.
* To identify and contribute to aftersales marketing strategy.
* Ensure all warranty policies & procedures are adhered too at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a previous similar role
* Extensive knowledge of the motor industry
* Excellent communications skills
* Excellent time management and organisations skills
* Team leadership
Salary:
* 55k - 60k
