Who Should Apply? This opportunity is open to professionals at Social Care Worker and Clinical Nurse Manager 1 grades only who: Are passionate about leadership and service development. Have experience working in residential and / or community care settings. Are committed to professional growth and development including pursuing a relevant management qualification. Eligibility Requirements Eligible applicants must possess one of the following: Nursing Professionals: A nursing qualification (RNID, RGN). Social Care Professionals: Relevant qualifications in social care (BA in Social Care, QQI Level 7 or 8). Essential Criteria Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland OR Be registered with the Social Care Workers Register maintained by Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU (or have evidence of application). AND Hold a relevant management qualification and / or demonstrate willingness to attain a management qualification. Have 5 years post qualification experience in the sector. Possess up to date knowledge of current thinking and practice in services for people with an intellectual disability and / or autism. Working knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements as per the Health Act, 2007 and HIQA National Standards. Be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft word, teams and Excel. Reporting The successful applicants will report to the Regional Manager. Salary Social Care Pathway: €56,351 to €65,807, a 7 point pay scale. Nursing Pathway: €61,463 to €77,666 LSI, an 11 point pay scale. How to Apply Please press apply and complete the application form.
