Job Description
The role of a dispute resolution advisor involves providing high standards of care to clients. We work closely with the HR and Employment Law teams to deliver excellent results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting responses for clients during employment tribunal claims.
* Visiting clients at their premises to discuss their cases.
* Preparing cases for hearing by gathering evidence and statements.
* Representing clients at face-to-face and remote hearings, advocating on their behalf.
As a dispute resolution advisor, you will be responsible for owning each case from start to finish. This includes working closely with clients to understand their needs and developing strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
