As a Senior Facilities Manager, you lead workplace operations across multiple buildings, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high‑quality environment.
You act as a trusted partner to the client, aligning facilities services with business needs and growth. You'll manage day‑to‑day operations, handle complex issues, and continuously improve the workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Leadership
Act as the main contact for all facilities matters
Build strong relationships with stakeholders
Understand needs and deliver practical solutions
Support decision‑making with clear insights
Manage escalations and resolve issues quickly
Facilities Operations
Oversee building systems (HVAC, BMS, safety systems)
Work with landlords and building management
Manage office moves and space planning
Keep documentation accurate and up to date
Ensure smooth daily operations across all sites
Vendors & Contracts
Manage vendors and service providers
Ensure delivery against agreed standards (SLAs/KPIs)
Coordinate contractors and site works
Monitor contract compliance
Identify improvements and cost savings
Manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
Track spend and ensure financial control
Support forecasting and planning
Partner with Contract Manager on finances
Ensure accurate and timely billing
Health & Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with H&S regulations
Promote a strong safety culture
Manage risk assessments and audits
Oversee incident response
Maintain high standards across systems and processes
Service & Improvement
Oversee helpdesk performance and requests
Ensure fast and effective issue resolution
Use data and feedback to improve services
Support projects and workplace changes
Drive continuous improvement
Experience & Qualifications
Experience in corporate Facilities Management
Strong background managing vendors and budgets
Knowledge of CAFM and financial systems
Degree or equivalent experience
Health & Safety training (preferred)
