SAP Data & Analytics Architect
Join KPMG Ireland as an SAP Data & Analytics Architect and help our clients design and implement cloud-based solutions that enable faster, more informed decision‑making.
You will work on high‑impact projects across Finance and other key functional areas, leveraging SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud and related technologies.

About the role Our Powered Enterprise approach combines KPMG's deep industry knowledge with a scalable, end‑to‑end methodology that delivers real business outcomes.
As an SAP Data & Analytics Architect you will focus on functional architecture in Finance and integration with other modules, leading client programmes and supporting pre‑sales activities.
Key responsibilities
Lead Data and Analytics solution/enterprise architecture on opportunites and projects, collaborating with platform, technical and TOM architects.
Blueprint S/4 solutions, articulating Finance processes, reporting, data and analytics to clients.
Identify and document key design decisions in SAP‑enabled transformations.
Communicate how technology solutions create business benefits and value.
Assist in portfolio management and report to Partner & Director leaders.
Engage in business development activities to identify new or existing client opportunities.
Design and specify integrations of SAP solutions with other client systems using enterprise architecture principles.
Shape and deliver projects that exceed client expectations and internal quality criteria.
Influence client adoption of AI and automation (i RPA).
Coach, train and supervise technical consulting teams.
Required skills & experience
Extensive experience designing and implementing S/4 HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC.
Functional process knowledge of P2 P, O2 C, R2 R, FP&A/x P&A, and AM.
Experience configuring and advising on SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, Data Bricks, Group Consolidation, BPC, IBP, MDG and integration with BW/DWC.
Ideally familiar with industry solutions such as life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecoms or agribusiness.
Experience integrating line‑of‑business solutions (Success Factors, Ariba, etc.).
Leadership experience with technical consultants across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery networks.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
