We are seeking a
Lead 2D Designer
to join our team, sharing our vision and bringing a passion for high-quality content creation.
This is a
Fixed-Term, 9-Month contract
based in Dublin.
Our studio operates on a
hybrid model
, requiring two days per week in the studio.
Candidates must have the
right to work in Ireland
for the contract duration.
Key Responsibilities
Creating 2D designs for assets such as characters, props, sets, and FX, depending on skill set.
Creating texture and colour callouts for various assets, depending on skill set.
Collaborating with production and CG teams to meet pipeline demands.
Proactively solving problems and creating IT and pipeline tickets for technical issues.
Logging daily time into time logging software.
Contributing to tool and workflow development.
Coaching and training team members.
Advising on resource casting.
Key Requirements
Proactive in improving current practices.
Experience in coaching and mentoring others.
Ability to advise, troubleshoot, and improve tools and animation issues.
