Program Manager IV - IC5
* Location: Dublin, Ireland Onsite - 3 days per week.
* Duration – 6 months contract
We're looking for an experienced PM professional who can work independently and with teams to drive projects and improve operations. You'll provide insights into user behavior to guide our prevention and detection efforts at scale and identify opportunities to enhance processes and products.
This role works closely with Policy, Operations, Quality, and other teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, where high-quality decision-making and accountability are key.
Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 5-8 years' experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment
* Experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations
* Experience working on issues that may not be clearly defined and require strategic direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinking
* Experience communicating with various audiences, including engineering and technical teams
* Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
* Willingness to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content
* Experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, and visualization tools is a nice to have
Industry experience/Background:
* Content moderation experience
* Quality support
* Tech experience
* Strong Program Management experience - with stakeholder management XFN engagement - formal education or work experience
* Minimum of 4 yrs working on the program management in tech or related industry
* Content moderation experience, or trust and safety is a massive plus
Responsibilities
* Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through support, process, policy, and product improvements
* Manage and improve day-to-day ISO operations against quality and efficiency targets in a fast-paced environment
* Analyze data to identify user trends and suggest recommendations to improve operations
* Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
* Build robust cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users
* Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material as needed.
* Anticipate the societal effects of different forms of online speech and behaviour and test hypotheses and assumptions about online activity in an operations setting.
