The Role
As a Product Engineer (Backend) on our team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and building APIs and SDKs that power embedded insurance and retirement benefits for global platforms. You'll collaborate closely with senior engineers to accelerate your growth and contribute to resilient systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to core APIs and SDKs: build new features and improve existing ones that developers appreciate.
* Collaborate widely: partner with product managers, designers, and integrations teams to deliver impactful solutions.
* Take ownership: lead projects, participate in incident response, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
* Experience: 3–5+ years building backend systems, ideally with .NET, SQL databases, ORM frameworks, automated testing.
* Cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
* You prioritize writing clean, maintainable code and continuously improving your skills.
* You thrive in collaborative environments and value open communication.
* Availability: at least 5 hours overlap with GMT working hours.
